When we first began we started with cedar planks, this was born from a love of cooking meshed with a love for fishing. I can still remember the first time I had a cedar planked salmon, there is truly no better way to honor the Salmon then by preparing it using the traditional Native American style utilizing the aromatic and subtle flavors added from the smoke of Pacific Northwest Cedar.
